  1. COMPAQ HELP DESK INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

  3. 1. You must have Windows 3.1.
  4. 2. Copy the files into your Windows directory (HELPDESK.HLP,HELPDESK.ICO).
  5. 3. Select File;New;Program Item;OK.
  6. 4. In the Description box, enter "COMPAQ Help Desk".
  7. 5. In the Command Line box, enter "WINHELP HELPDESK.HLP".
  8. 6. Optional: To change the Icon to the Help Desk Icon:
  9.    - Select the Change Icon button
  10.    - In the File Name box, enter "HELPDESK.ICO"
  11.    - Select OK
  12. 7. Select OK.

  14. To run the application, simply click on the Icon.
  15.  
  16. If you need help during the useage of the Help Desk, press F1 for help.
